Just got back from the PenFlorida Sec. 17 youth pastors meeting. We met at Trinity Church (www.trinitychurch.tv) in North Miami, and heard an up lifting message from Pastor Rich Wilkerson Jr. There was a lot of discussion about what all is going to happen from January to June with the Miami Youth Groups. Its going to be a fun year.
After the meeting we got to meet Pastor Rich Wilkerson Sr., and tour their creative services office. There are some talented people making things happen at Trinity Church.

Church Leaders
So last night I was looking for other pastors to get some ideas from, and I ran across this really awesome blog www.churchleaders.com.
This blog is cram packed with tons of ideas and information about church leadership in the areas of Pastors, Worship, Youth, Children, Small Groups, and Outreach. Under each tab you can find a area called "Top Blog Posts" that gives a list of blogs that fall with in the area your looking at on the site.
What an awesome resource!!!
